Anibar International Animation Festival is an event organized in Peja, Kosovo. The first edition of the festival was held in 2010, and it was the first of its kind in Kosovo. N.G.O. "Anibar” is the initiator and the organizer of the festival.

Film Conditions
Any animated film including computer generated animation and combination of life action and animation completed after October 1st 2009 can participate (those completed prior to October 1st 2009 are not eligible for participation in this festival). The festival director shall decide any borderline questions that may arise.
For pre-selection purposes films must be submitted on DVD (PAL or NTSC) please supply two DVD’s that can be played in a DVD player and viewed on a TV screen. The DVDs must be adequately identified and marked with title, name of director, running length. In principle,if not with English dialogues, films must be subtitled in English. A hard copy of the entry form shall further accompany the DVD.

-- Eagle Eye for Best International Animation
-- Eagle Eye for Best Balkan Animation
Submissions are free and open for animated film produced in various mediums including computer-generated animation and combination of life action and animation.
There is no fee to enter your film in the Anibar Festival.

 

Award
The festival staff will decide on the composition of the international and local juries of the different competitions. The juries will decide the awarding of the prizes of the respective competition. None of the jury members shall be involved in the production or distribution of any of the films they will have to judge.

-- Eagle Eye – Best Balkan Animation Competition > 1000 € and trophy
There will be also trophies for: Best Animation, Best Technical Achievement, Best Music, And Best Sound.
